His first BL role can be characterized as timid yet daring in the end, while portraying Sakura (in Kimi with fellow male model Mizusawa Rintaro) borders on being naughty and flamboyant. Kang Eun Bin (강은빈 | South Korea | 26) Eun Bin plays the vain and ambitious Si Won in the Korean BL hit series Blueming. As a rookie actor, he brought a painful, sentimentally-controlled, and angsty performance of a young man insecure about his past and still uncertain of his future. The gradual transformation of his relationship with Da Un (Jo Hyuk Joon) from antagonistic to intimate makes Blueming a series to watch. Sato Arata ( 佐藤 新 | Japan | 21) Arata is a member of Johnny’s Jr. group IMPACTors. Takara kun to Amagi kun is his first foray into Boys Love. He’s obviously the prime mover of the drama. As the elitist Takara, he has to portray an aloof and unexpressive youngster. Deep inside, he has the hots for his classmate, the energetic but pessimistic Amagi (fellow Johnny’s Oriyama Nao). He encounters the half-orphaned but ambitious Xu Qi Zhang (Jyun Shen). He’s one of the Hottest Young Actors in Taiwan right this minute.
